Outburst
I sent the same email twice today.
The first one went to Second Life developer Linden Lab, pointing out that having just signed up for an account it doesn't exactly inspire confidence to be greeted with the words: "You now have unlimited access to Second Life -- it's building and scrpting tools".
The second one went to Multimap, pointing out that confidence in the accuracy of their maps isn't enhanced by the words: "© Multimap.com and it's suppliers".
