It turns out that some of the London bombers were born and bred in Britain (Leeds, to be specific).
This gives the whole "know thine enemy" thing a whole new twist, in that we can probably assume that they did know their bombs would kill fellow moslems, they did know London would recover quickly, they did know that it would only heighten the government's resolve, and they did know it wouldn't cause British troops to be withdrawn from Iraq or Afghanistan. Given all that, why did they do it?
Morons.
